Service Usage Policy

• Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
• Port scanning
• Phishing attempts
• Email spamming (legitimate email campaigns are allowed)
• Excessive system resource consumption (e.g., cryptocurrency mining, network bandwidth abuse)
• Engaging in activities that lead to IP blacklisting or other harmful effects on our IP range

We may not intervene immediately unless we receive a report of misuse. However, if we detect any suspicious activity, we reserve the right to restrict access to your server without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, the activities listed above.

User Responsibilities

To access certain features of our service, you may need to create an account. As a user, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You are solely responsible for managing your virtual machines, including securing your data, maintaining backups, and adhering to any legal obligations related to the content and data stored.
• We cannot retrieve any data once your virtual machine has been deleted, expired, or locked.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are subject to change based on EUR/USD market rates without prior notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing to reflect current exchange rates and market conditions.

Refunds and Disputes

We do not offer refunds except under specific circumstances:

• If we are unable to deliver the product within 3 business days.

No refunds will be provided under the following conditions:

• If you mistakenly send funds to the wrong address due to a Crypto-clipping incident.
• If your service is suspended due to a violation of these terms.
• If you fail to use your virtual machine.
• Any issues arising from impersonators.

Processing Fees: All refunds are subject to a flat 25% processing fee charged on the base price. This includes payment gateway fees, network fees, convenience fees, and platform fees.

Refund Amount: Refunds will only be made for the duration of service remaining at the time of the refund request.

Limitation of Liability

PrimeRDP.xyz will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the services during the three months prior to the claim.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. You will be notified of any changes via email or through updates on our website. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
